We take for granted those special things to cook and eat that have been on our family tables for years. Every now and then a lingering thought surfaces about how these special foods should be made available to more people than just those sitting around our tables when a special occasion or holiday comes along. Cooking and eating good food has always been one of the great pleasures of our lives. On this site we've tried to assemble some of our favorite recipes - published and FOR SALE as Note Cards with envelopes. We've also included some cooking tips that we've learned through the years, and references to other recipes that can be incorporated to save time and expenses when planning for these special events. Eventually, we want to offer as diverse a sampling as possible. We are doing all of our own cooking/baking, picture taking, layouts, editing and quality laser printing. Feel free to critique and/or compliment what you see. We are open for ideas on new growth directions - not to mention that we also have numerous ideas of where we would like to go with this concept in the near future.
